I’ve been eager to take in a game at the state-of-the-art Sofi Stadium in Los Angeles ever since it wrapped construction and opened last year. But after hearing all the complaints from fans, I think I’ll stay at home and watch it on my 65″ TV instead. So what exactly is the problem?
Lets be honest, food and drinks have always been massively overpriced at sporting events and concerts, and that just goes with the territory. But the newly opened SoFi Stadium in LA is taking things to a whole other level, charging Rams fans a whopping $15 for this sorry excuse for pizza:

But that’s not all. The parking situation is apparently wildly expensive, with people paying anywhere from $60-70 for a spot. And not only that, but the parking lot is extremely difficult to get in and out of, the spots are tiny, and it was taking people 45+ minutes to get to Pincay Drive out of lot. The team’s response? Use public transportation instead.
Joanna Hunter, the Rams’ vice president for corporate affairs, has been taking feedback from fans about these complaints and others, and promises to address the new stadium’s shortcomings. Only time will tell if she makes good on that.
