Rams Looking to Get Off to Fast Start, Challenge the Best in the NFL in the 2021

The Rams have a new look for the 2021 season, as the team made a deal with the Detroit Lions switching quarterbacks.

The Lions sent QB Matt Stafford to Los Angeles for QB Jared Goff, who is expected to upgrade the QB spot in the Motor City.

The Rams won a playoff game before falling in the divisional round to the Packers in Lambeau in a game in which they hung in before the Pack were able to pull away.

Now here in 2021 the team will look to improve on their 10-6 mark, hoping they can make a push to the Super Bowl.

Look for the Rams to be overall better, and for the team to challenge the best in the NFC.

Here are the 3 matchups that I’m most looking forward to:

10/3 vs Arizona – Kyler Murray and the Cards are an up and coming squad, and the Rams can’t overestimate their play on the field in week four at SoFi Stadium. It will be interesting to see if the Rams have enough offense to overcome the Cardinals, and if they can hold Murray in check for the afternoon making it a long afternoon for Arizona.

11/10 vs Tennessee – The Titans have been on the cusp the last few seasons of being a part of the Super Bowl, losing in the AFC Title game to the Chiefs two years ago, and last year losing at home to the Ravens at home after a 10-0 lead. This will be a fun prime-time battle that should show who is a big-time team in the NFL in the middle of the season.

12/26 at Minnesota – The Vikings are a team you just don’t know what you are going to get when you take the field. One week they are world beaters, the next they just are not all that great. This time it’s just after Santa shows up, and the Rams are hoping they can get an early road lead and put the game away.
