I share this without comment:
— Offensive guard Richie Incognito, released by the Rams in December, also was there to pick up some things. Incognito finished the season with Buffalo but was not tendered by the Bills. He is drawing interest from several teams and was told by the Rams that they might have some interest [...]
The Rams recently waived guard Richie Incognito and he was awarded on waivers to the Buffalo Bills.
Kawika Mitchell of the Buffalo Bills responded to the news on twitter (naturally) when hearing that the team picked up Incognito and he was less than excited:
BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT THIS YR. THE GUYS A BUM. DIRTY AND ALWAYS…
.. WILL BE. [...]
Details still pending, but the Rams have parted ways with their troublesome guard, Richie Incognito today.
UPDATE: Coach Spagnuolo said:
“As with all other personnel moves, this is what we felt was in the best interest of the team at this time,” said Head Coach Steve Spagnuolo. “We appreciate Richie’s efforts and we [...]
Ladies and Gentlemen, the starting right guard for your St. Louis Rams, Richie Incognito. He’s back from his time on the shelf and will return to the starting lineup on Sunday against the Chicago Bears. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch plays up the return of who they refer to as “Good Richie”.

Word is the often-volatile Incognito might have hastened his departure from St. Louis when he sat out the regular-season finale with what interim [...]
The Rams completed their predictable script for the third week in a row – by getting blown out in the first half and having no offense to speak of. The Bears quickly jumped out to a big lead through the running of Matt Forte who made the Rams defense look like tackling dummies on his [...]
In the Around the Horns blogpost from today by Bill Coats of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Bill quotes Richie Incognito, the Rams fiery RG on his distaste with Rams fans and his happiness to play in front of mostly loud boisterous Bears fans. I usually support the Rams players when they rip the Rams fans [...]
It is hard to avoid the comparisons for the St. Louis Rams in 2008: 0-4 under Scott Linehan with 4 blowout losses, 2-0 under Jim Haslett with two wins over quality opponents, one of the blowout variety. What is the difference between the two teams? Nothing personnel-wise, but the only difference is motivation and attitude.
Jim [...]
