Howard Balzer just Tweeted a couple roster moves for the Rams including the release of injured LB Dominic Douglas: Rams waived/injured LB Dominic Douglas (hamstring) Tuesday. They signed LB Devin Bishop (6-1, 239, California), waived Friday by Denver.

Rams Promote Two

The Rams promoted tight end Eric Butler and linebacker Dominic Douglas to the offseason roster from the practice squad. Both were on the Rams active roster for parts of the season, but returned to practice squad after other players recovered from injuries. (via Around the Horns)
