Rams Ink Long Snapper Jake McQuaide to a Three-Year Deal

The Rams have signed long snapper Jake McQuaide to a three-year contract, Rich Hammond of the Orange County Register reports.

McQuaide, a Pro Bowl selection last season and in 2016, has been with the Rams since 2011 and has a strong rapport with teammate Johnny Hekker, who is one of the NFL’s top punters and also the holder for kicker Greg Zuerlein on field-goal attempts.

Terms of the new deal were not immediately known, but McQuaide had a base salary of $775,000 last season.
