The Rams have done a lot of good things so far in this game. First the offense has not been one dimensional. The Rams started the game throwing the ball. Todd Gurley had little success running in the first quarter, but as the Rams continued to pass the ball things began to open up a little on the line and Gurley made a couple of nice runs.
The Rams defense has been tough. They’ve gotten good pressure on Seahawk’s QB Wilson. The Rams secondary (Hill) has been burned a few times and have given up a big penalty, but so far it hasn’t cost us in points.
The Seahawks got away with a key pass interference call that forced the Rams to settle for a field goal in the second quarter. Halftime score is Rams 6, Seahawks 3.
The Rams have played with a great deal of intensity so far. If they can carry it through the 2nd half, they have a fair shot at closing the day with a win.
