Rams vs Cardinals – Halftime Update

Today’s Rams vs Cardinals game started with a Cardinals turnover leading to a 12 yard TD reception by Rams WR Tavon Austin.

Rams QB play was good
Rams rushing anemic
Rams receiving was poor to average (Tavon Austin being the lone shining light)

Defense was on the field way to much
Rams rushing defense was good
Rams passing defense was average to poor (Exception was  Jenkins’ crucial interception eliminating a Cardinals TD score)
Rams red zone defense was great as usual

Overall, the Rams offense did not look good in the first half.  We collected on an easy opening TD and then we were completely flat until the end of the 2nd QTR.  We can’t count on Cardinal turnovers to keep us in this game.  In the second half the Rams offense has got to stay on the field.  At the half its Rams 10, Cardinals 9.

Go Rams!
