Steelers vs Rams – Halftime Report

The Steelers ran over the Rams in the first quarter.  Their first offensive drive was filled with short quick-release passes.  In their next possession they spread the field and most passes where in the 20 yard range.  The Steelers pretty much moved the ball at ease for the entire game.  But the Steelers have not been able to capitalize on all the yardage.  The Rams successfully defended the end zone on one TD attempt forcing Pittsburg to settle for a FG.  And, after a Roethlisberger TD pass, the Rams staved off a 2 point conversation.

In the second quarter it felt like te Rams were slowly waking up.  We saw some explosive catch and runs from WR Tavon Austin and our new RB Gurley got his feet wet.  Thank God for Greg the Leg Zuerlein’s 49 yard field goal.  After all is said and done we’re only down by 6 going into the half (Steelers 9, Rams 3).  Here are a few stats.  The 2nd half of the game has just started.  Go Rams!!!
