Rams Fall To Titans 21-28

Other than losing the game, nothing to hang our heads about.  The Rams played very tough.  It came down to one very untimely fumble by Rams back up QB Clemens and a little too much of Titans RB Chris Johnson who earned 170 (150 rushing and 20 receiving) all purpose yards and 2 TDs against the Rams.  Here’s the scoring summary:

2 3 4 Total
TEN 7 0 7 14 28
STL 0 7 7 7 21

The Rams RB Zac Stacy had an equally impressive day with 178 (128 rushing and 51 receiving) all purpose yards and 2 TDs.  The fumble by Clemens turned out to to be the final dagger in the Rams back.  Here’s when I might want to pour on, but overall Clemens played a good game.  He went 20 for 35, 210 yards passing, zero interceptions, and 1 TD pass.  More than that he actually looked in command at different points of the game.

It always kills when the Rams lose, but we were competitive today and played a respectful game.  At 3-6 there is still time to turn things around, but it has got to happen now.   Unfortunately, next week’s game against the Colts won’t be easy.  We can’t go past 6 losses so this is a must win game.  If we can win the Colts game going into our BYE week, who knows… good things could happen.  Go Rams!
