Rams vs Cowboys – Week 3 Preview

The Rams and the Cowboys are pretty similar teams.  Both teams opened the season with a win and both teams are coming of disappointing losses last week.  Both teams have weak running games and border on having one dimensitional offensives.  Both teams have talented QBs trying to right their ship and gain professional respect for themselves.  Neither team has been really great defending the passing game and both have been struggling to get their own moving.  54% of Sam Bradford’s passes last week were for 5 yards or less.

So what’s the difference:

1 Cowboys have home field advantage.

2 Rams have better lines on both side of the field

3 Cowboys have 2 proven receivers that can be very hard to stop (Whitten and Byant)

Otherwise, they are pretty similiar.  The team who wins this game is the team who executes. I’m a Rams fan so obviously I’m going with the Rams.  Both teams are motivated so this should be a great game.

Go Rams!
