Twitter Keeps Rams’ Love Alive

It’s a long six months between the end of football season and the beginning of training camp. If your team doesn’t make the playoffs it’s even longer. Those first few Sundays are hard. What do you do with yourself? What do you obsess on? If you’re a hard core fan it’s like a part of you is missing. How do you get your football fix? Fortunately there’s twitter.

The Rams twitter community has been thriving in the off-season. It’s an intelligent group of diverse individuals not all residing in St. Louis but all committed to the team. Off-season conversation has consisted of a lot of speculation on both free agency and the upcoming draft. Some good-natured bantering. The excitement of rumor. The mourning of a favorite player’s exit. Everything you could want to know and some you didn’t just the tap of an app away.

Twitter fills the void of no actual football being played. It keeps the fan base alive and excited. While our team is scattered we are together. Thinking about the Rams. Talking about the Rams. And there seems to be more participants every day. There is occasional controversy like when a Los Angeles Rams fans pipes up with a “St. Louis doesn’t deserve the Rams, the should come back to LA” post which gets everyone riled up for a bit until that person goes away and peace is restored.

If you are a Rams fan and would like to join the conversation check out #Rams or #RamsNation and you’ll be part of the community in no time. It makes the off-season easier, I promise.

My partner and I absolutely love your blog and find most of your post’s to be exactly what I’m looking for. Would you offer guest writers to write content for you personally? I wouldn’t mind creating a post or elaborating on most of the subjects you write in relation to here. Again, awesome web log!|
