The Jacksonville Jaguars announce the hiring of new head coach Gus Bradley. This means Brian Schottenheimer retains his job as offensive coordinator with the Rams and Sam Bradford has never been happier. For the first time in his professional football career Bradford has the same offensive coordinator 2 years in a row. Almost nothing could be more important for the Rams. Yes we need to resign Steven Jackson. Yes we really need to resign Danny Amendola, but oh baby does Bradford need time to work on his game versus having to learning another new system.
Schottenheimer is learning the old lesson “patience is a virtue” and hopefully the Rams reap the immediate benefits. Schotty is a young guy… he’ll get his chance.
