The more we lose… the better our draft picks… duh huh.
The St Louis Rams have joined a goofy group of struggling clubs I’m calling the ‘3 and Under Club’. Here are its current members:
AFC
Cleveland Browns
Jacksonville Jaguars
Oakland Raiders
Kansas City Chiefs
NFC
Philadelphia Eagles
Carolina Panthers
…and the St Louis Rams
At 3-6-1 the Rams have the dubious distinction of having the best record of the other club members. However, the Rams are the sole consecutive year delegate.
If we look at our schedule for the remainder of the year, we’ll see there are no freebies there, but we have got to get some wins. Will someone please tell the Rams that the game of football is not about acquiring draft picks?
