We are itching to hear about the upcoming training camp, but did you know the first 2012 preseason game is less than a month away? That’s right Sunday Aug 12, 2012 the Rams take on NFC South Indy Colts. Both teams were 2-14 last year and both teams have gone through substantial rebuilding in the offseason. With the #1 draft pick the Colts signed 2 time Heisman Trophy runner up and 2011 Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Year Andrew Luck (didn’t our QB win the Heisman?). Like the Rams the Colts brought in new GMs and Head Coaches and are starting from scratch. It should be an interesting warm up. The Vegas boys have set the over/under for the season for the Rams at 6 games and at 5.5 games for the Colts. So the Rams are slightly favored for the year.
Man it is so close I can smell it. The 2012 season is almost here. Go Rams!!!
