Chuck Cecil the New Rams Secondary Coach

Chuck Cecil, a longtime assistant under Rams coach Jeff Fisher with the Titans and a former Pro Bowl safety as a player, will become the team’s secondary coach, according to JIm Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch who cites league sources. In fact, a 1993 story in Sports Illustrated asked: Is Chuck Cecil too vicious for the NFL?
