We have not touched the quote about Marc Bulger from Rams broadcaster D’Marco Farr until now, because it just seemed like a non-story. But, here we go anyway…
“It’s a sad deal because the guy can wing the football,” D’Marco Farr said Tuesday night in his first sack since retiring from the Rams after the 2000 season. “I mean the guy can flat play. But it’s just — he has absolutely zero presence. Kyle Boller had a bigger presence than Marc Bulger did last season, and Kyle Boller is not half the player Marc Bulger is.”
I do not know how this is news. Ever single Rams fan knew this about Bulger after 5 minutes of him under center. Most of the Rams fans hate Bulger because of his lack of charisma. This is old news. Does it matter more when someone who broadcasts Rams games says something that Rams fans knew all along? By reprinting it, does that make it even more news?
Anyway, news flash for this week is that Marc Bulger lacks charisma and presence, things Rams fans knew in 2006.
