Posted in Not totally unexpected, the St. Louis Rams on Saturday placed quarterback Marc Bulger on the injured reserve list, making him the 13th Rams player to visit the list.
The team had little hope that Bulger could return from a broken left shin bone before the end of the regular season, and Bulger was just working his way off of crutches just prior to the Rams’ game against the Arizona Cardinals. With the Bulger situation addressed, the team hasn’t yet decided who will start at QB for Sunday’s game between Keith Null or Kyle Boller.
In addition, the Rams promoted wide receiver Cord Parks to the active roster from the practice squad.
