		<description>I am a bit biased but, I think St Louis will be pleased with Ryan. Ryan has fully recovered from the shoulder injury / surgery and has become a &quot;legit&quot; 300+ pound OL player. The Rams have Ryan practicing on special teams (return units) as well as guard and tackle positions. As with the Jets.. Ryan is one of the strongest players and still has surprising speed for his size. Under coach Calahan (Jets) he learned a lot about improving his technique and footwork. With the all pro line in front of him at the Jets, it may be best that Ryan has moved on. With the off season approaching and spring camp looming... look for Ryan to show up with yet more added mass and one camps experience under his belt. Armed with that, Ryan will earn his roster spot and playing time in the 2010 Pro season.</description>
