LB Dominic Douglas has been promoted from the practice squad to the active roster filling the roster spot vacated by the release of Anthony Smith.

LB Dominic Douglas was the leading tackler at Mississippi State last year and was signed as a street free agent after the draft.  He plays middle linebacker and struggled a bit with his paths to the ball carrier in the preseason and should benefit from a year on the practice squad.
