Jake Locker is the New Hotness

We have all come to the conclusion that the Rams will be in the market for a quarterback in the 2010 draft. Marc Bulger is serviceable but fragile, Kyle Boller is scatterarmed and inconsistent and Keith Null is still very raw.
And one college quarterback is making the charge up the draft charts for 2010 as others fall down and his name is Jake Locker of Washington. Locker is big (6′3″), has a huge arm, runs a 4.4 second 40 yard dash and has “off the chart intangibles” according to ESPN’s Chris Mortensen. Mortensen also said that one of the teams that could be looking for a quarterback in the draft has Locker high atop their draft board. Could that team be the St. Louis Rams?
Locker also has the scrambling ability that the Rams offense got every so briefly from Kyle Boller.
Mocking the Draft has a great write up on Jake Locker today.
However, Jake Locker is still a junior and could choose to stay in school for his senior year.
