According to Advanced NFL Stats, the Rams with 4th and 2 from the 41 yard line were solidly in the “Go For It” range.  The Rams punted with 9:32 left and that punt went into the endzone, negating any positives that could have been taken from the punt.  The Rams didn’t get the ball back until the 2 minute warning on their own 3 yard line with no timeouts.
