The Rams signed linebacker Paris Lenon and wide receiver Ruvell Martin today.  No word on who was released to make room for these two players.

Paris Lenon started at middle linebacker for the Detroit Lions for the past three seasons and is 31 years old.  Lenon should back up middle linebacker and play special teams right away.

Ruvell Martin was cut by the Packers on Sept. 5th.  Here’s his breakdown from Rotoworld:

They signed him over Skyler Green, Chris Davis, and David Tyree. Martin, 27, lacks much explosiveness, but has reliable hands and can play special teams. He’ll compete for fourth receiver duties with speedster Derek Stanley.
