Just Say No – Part 2

So, another moody, selfish and sensitive superstar player is available (this time via trade) and the Rams need to just say no for the second time.

Jay Cutler is a good quarterback (Still wish the Rams drafted him, Jeff Gordon of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch?) but he has poisoned the Denver Broncos by acting like a child.  If the Rams traded for him, would he immediately grow up and take change like an adult?  Doubtful.

Just like Adam Jones or Terrell Owens, Cutler would bring a media storm down on Rams Park and that is the opposite of what the quietly rebuilding Rams need.  The Rams need to keep their draft picks and fill multiple holes, not trade a bunch away for a quarterback that offers a minor upgrade.

Sorry Rams fans, don’t call into the drive time sports shows, don’t post on the Post-Dispatch message boards.  The Rams should not go after Jay Cutler.

Thank you! It’s about time somebody said this. I’m so tired of reading:

“we should trade marc buler and pick for cutler and then trade up and pick monroe crabtree and curry yes it easy”

    (grammatically, that’s how they talk)

    on the message boards…
