Valero Will Stay w/ Team as Offensive Line Coach

The Rams announced today that Art Valero will remain as an assistant offensive line coach. Valero, who coached the Rams running backs during last season’s 2-14 campaign, is the 15th staff addition announced by Spagnuolo since he became the head coach last month.

“We are happy to announce that Art Valero will be retained,” said Spagnuolo, who served as the New York Giants’ defensive coordinator the past two seasons. “Art has been an asset to every staff he has been on and we feel fortunate to have him with us. He will work with the offensive line.”

Prior to joining the Rams, Valero worked as a tight ends and running backs coach with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 2002-07.
