Rams Fire Linehan, Haslett now Interim
Posted by Jeff on September 29th, 2008 in News
After the Rams’ listless 0-4 start to the season, Scott Linehan has been fired by the Rams. The Rams are coming up on their bye week and interim head coach Jim Haslett will have 2 weeks to rally the troops before facing a touch Washington Redskins team in week 6.
This is the change that needs to be made after only winning 3 out of the last 20 games and most in pathetic fashion. It seems there will be more changes in the offseason to the management structure of the Rams front office, which are long-awaited as well.
This is a step in the right direction and although the Rams defense has played terribly this year, they have been playing hard.
More on this move as we hear more.
