Pre-game Linehan Update

Rumors are swirling in regards to Linehan’s status, but this much is certain via Around the Horns and Bernie’s Extra Points: Linehan will be fired if the Rams play poorly again.  Additional clauses in this ultimatium include: if the Rams win, Linehan is safe for now.  If the Rams fight hard and lose a close game, the decision is still up in the air.  

Much has yet to be decided, but keeping Linehan until the next blowout seems like an ill-advised plan.  If we are just going to wait until the next bad game, he should be fired during the bye week.  Having a coach on a week to week basis will not promote any more positive vibes than the Rams have going currently.
