The Rams signed old friend, Eddie Kennison today to help with the depth at wide receiver and will release LB David Vobora (aka Mr. Irrelevant, the last pick in the 2008 NFL draft). The Rams are desperately grasping at straws to add to their suddenly thin WR corps. Kennison is only getting older and slower when his speed is all he had, so its unclear how much of impact he will have on the Rams offense. Personally, I would like to see more of Burton and Avery (when he gets healthy) and let them sink or swim with this rebuilding Rams team.

I agree, but in typical Ram fashion, Linehan and company sign another piece to a losing puzzle. Why not sign Caldwell who was one of the final cuts? The Great Show on Turf is now perhaps the worst team in all of football.
