CB Brown to Miss 2-3 Weeks with Partially Torn Rotator Cuff

Injuries killed the Rams last season, and this news is like a lingering reminder of that from last year.  An MRI Saturday on corner back Fakhir Brown showed that he suffered a partially torn rotator cuff, and is likely to be setback by missing the next 2-3 weeks of practice.  He will not need surgery, which is good news, and his left shoulder was in a brace on the sideline during Saturday’s practice.  It looks as if he may be able to be back for the 2nd or 3rd preseason game, but will for sure miss the opener of the preseason August 9th vs the Titans in Tennessee.
