The Rams added a total of eight new players during the two-day event including Houston wide receiver Donnie Avery, Toledo offensive lineman John Greco and Penn State cornerback Justin King. Idaho linebacker David Vobora was chosen by the franchise with the final pick of the draft, also known as Mr. Irrelevant.

Officials from the Rams informed UW-Oshkosh Tuesday that the NFL team will not use the school for its training camp. The Rams visited the campus last week. The team is still considering using Concordia University in Mequon for its camp location, along with sites in Madison and Macomb, Illinois.

The Rams’ preseason opponents are now known for the 2008 preseason schedule. Dates for the kickoffs have yet to be determined. Scott Linehan’s team plays Tennessee, San Diego, Baltimore and Kansas City in exhibition contests. The meeting against the Chiefs will take place at Arrowhead Stadium in the annual Governor’s Cup game.
