LB Chillar Spurns Rams for Green Bay

The Rams, Pack and Cardinals were all in the mix for Chillar. Incentives in the deal could have him making just over $6 mil per season. The 25-year-old linebacker set career highs in most categories last season, and the Rams were hoping to keep him around.
