St. Louis Rams Executive Vice President of Player Personnel Billy Devaney 

The St. Louis Rams have made yet another staff addition; this time, it is a front office addition.  According to the team’s website, Billy Devaney was hired as Executive Vice President of Player Personnel Saturday.  Devaney started his NFL career as a scout with the Washington Redskins in 1983 and served 7 seasons there; he also spent 11 seasons with the San Diego Chargers, helping the team to their only Super Bowl apperance in 1994 as Director of Player Personnel.  In addition to his time with those 3 clubs, Devaney spent 3 seasons as the San Francisco 49ers’ Pro Personnel Director and a couple years as an analyst for CBS Sports’ pre-game shows.
