Report: Rams Negotiating With Saunders
Posted by Matt Loede on January 29th, 2008 filed in NewsAl Saunders could be rejoining the Rams’ coaching staff as the team’s offensive coordinator. According to the “St. Louis Post-Dispatch,” the organization has begun contract negotiations to bring Saunders in to run the offense. The 60-year-old served as the Rams’ wide receivers coach and associate head coach in 1999 and 2000. Saunders was fired by the Washington Redskins on Saturday.
