Bulger out vs. Atlanta

The St. Louis Rams will be without starting quarterback Marc Bulger this weekend when they face the Atlanta Falcons; Bulger was ruled out after failing tests. Bulger left in the first quarter of the Rams’ loss to Seattle last weekend, when he suffered a concussion after being tackled by Seahawks linebacker Leroy Hill. Reserve QB Gus Frerotte will take over for Bulger behind center.
