Quarterback Marc Bulger hopes to return to the practice field this week and take the snaps on Sunday when the Rams host the Atlanta Falcons.  Bulger left Sunday’s loss to Seattle in the first quarter after suffering a concussion.  He will be re-evaluated over the next two days.  Linebacker Pisa Tinoisamoa, meanwhile, could miss the rest of the season after tearing the medial collateral ligament in his left knee.  Head coach Scott Linehan called it “a multiple-week injury” and said that surgery is not required.
