The Rams finally did the right thing on Tuesday and cut ties with trouble making offensive guard Claude Terrell. The decision to cut him came just hours after he was arrested for assaulting his wife in a hotel in Houston. The team put out a press release with the roster move, but declined to comment further on the move. Terrell has been in trouble for a variety of issues, he was on probation from a 2006 assault charge of causing bodily injury to a family member, according to court records. He was given a $1,000 fine and two years of probation for that charge in February. He was taken in the 4th round of the 2005 draft. Terrell has appeared in six games with three starts for the Rams (0-7) this season.
