At 0-5, Rams Continue Freefall

St. Louis is off to one of its worst starts since moving to the Gateway City in 1995. The Rams also started the 2002 season at 0-and-5, but climbed to the five-hundred mark that year by reeling off five straight victories. Scott Linehan’s club has today off and travels to Baltimore this weekend to face a 3-and-2 Ravens team that sits in second place in the AFC North, a game behind the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Rams will again be without running back Steven Jackson. The All-Pro rusher will remain sidelined for the third week in a row with a partial groin tear. Cornerback Tye Hill may return from a back injury and defensive tackle Claude Wroten is expected to be reinstated after serving a four-game NFL suspension.
