Rams Host Cardinals In Search Of First Victory

The injury-riddled Rams will try to break into the win column when they host the Cardinals at the Edward Jones Dome.  The Rams offensive line has been plagued by injuries making it hard on the offense, especially quarterback Marc Bulger.  Bulger threw for just 114 yards with no touchdowns and one interception in St. Louis’ 35-7 loss to the Cowboys in Week Four.  Brian Leonard will start in place of injured running back Steven Jackson for the second straight week.  The Cardinals are coming off of a surprising 21-14 victory over the Steelers.  The Cardinals played both Kurt Warner and Matt Leinart at quarterback, but it was Warner who was most effective.  Warner finished 14-of-21 for 132 yards and a touchdown.  The two teams have split their last six contests dating back to 2004.
