Lineup Changes for Rams Includes Bulger Out for Sunday

Veteran quarterback Gus Frerotte will make the start under center for the Rams on Sunday when they host the Arizona Cardinals.  Marc Bulger has been nursing broken ribs and will serve as the backup as head coach Scott Linehan looks to give his Pro Bowl QB a chance to heal.  The Rams head into the game looking for their first win of the year.  Their 0-and-4 start is one of the worst since the team moved from Los Angeles to St. Louis in 1995.  They opened with a 1-and-5 record in 1996 and lost their first five games in 2002.  Head coach Scott Linehan also said he would take over the offensive play-calling responsibilities.  On the defensive side of the ball, the Rams welcome Fakhir Brown back.  The veteran cornerback was reinstated after serving a four-game suspension for violating the league’s substance abuse policy.  The Rams and Cardinals kick off at the Edward Jones Dome at noon Sunday.
