Rams GM Zygmunt Out of the Hospital
Rams President of football operations and GM Jay Zygmunt is out of the hospital in St.Louis after spending Wednesday night at Missouri Baptist Medical Center. The GM was taken there by ambulance after experiencing lightheadedness and shortness of breath Wednesday morning at Rams Park.

Rams’ defensive lineman Claude Wroten has been suspended without pay for the team’s next four games for violating the NFL’s Substance Abuse Policy.
