Incognito Returns for the Rams

The Rams returned to the practice field yesterday with Richie Incognito joining in, but restricted in his participation.  The third-year offensive lineman has been watching from the sidelines as the Rams opened the season at 0-and-3.  He missed the first three games with an ankle sprain suffered in training camp and his return would be welcomed as the offensive line has been decimated by injuries.  The Rams look for their first win this Sunday when they take on the unbeaten Cowboys in Dallas.  Game time is noon.
